We hope you enjoy exploring our website and we hope you find it informative and interesting. The purpose of this site is to keep people informed of A.G.'s training towards the Olympic Games.

The 2012 Olympic Games in London are quickly approaching. A.G. has been training since the 2008 Beijing Olympics to try and make the upcoming USA Olympic Team again- for a third time. The Olympic Trials (to see if he makes the team) are at the end of June in Eugene, Oregon. This year's Olympic Trials will be different than the past and likely even more exciting. This year before the actual Trials begin, the hammer throw qualifying and finals will occur beforehand in a throwing spectical- more details to come. The whole event will be centered around the throwers, which will be quite exciting!

Since the last Olympic Game in 2008, lots has changed... we bought a house, A.G. works full-time at Ashland University (in addition to training full-time), Tess (our dog) is now 4 years old, and the biggest change of all- we have a new baby in the family! Baby Geo was born on August 16, 2011 and he is a delight~!
 


Considering the busyness of all our lives, we are hoping this website provides you information to keep you updated on A.G.'s progress... as this will be a very exciting year for all of us! Honestly, it is has more difficult to update this site since Geo was born but no excuses- this site will continue to be updated for your curiosity and information. Keep in mind, too, A.G. has a facebook page which we are able to update more easily with quicker updates. The link is at the top of this page ("A.G. Kruger- Team USA, Go Kruger").
